Mitchell Vault Investments LLC builds software that respects your privacy. This policy covers all apps and services published under Mitchell Vault Investments LLC, including Foldlight and Us in Sync.

Most Mitchell Vault Investments apps work fully offline and do not require an account. When you use our apps:

Foldlight: Stores game progress locally on your device. No personal data is collected or transmitted. No account required.
Us in Sync: Stores your data on your device and syncs between your devices via encrypted channels. Account creation requires an email address. No data is sold or shared.

Data Storage

App data is stored on your device by default. For apps with sync features, data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely. You can delete your data at any time by removing the app or contacting us.

Third-Party Services

Some apps may use third-party services for specific features (e.g., recipe data, exercise video content). These services operate under their own privacy policies. Mitchell Vault Investments does not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
